North Everett. Most people think of North Everett as either the downtown area heading north. Others consider it from north of 41st to the northern most end of North Everett.
Central Everett will include the neighborhoods between North and South Everett.
South Everett will cover the neighborhoods south of Casino Road if your are going up Evergreen Way, and the neighborhoods south of where old Broadway meets the Everett Mall. This is approximate because there is not really a defined exact boundary for South Everett.
